There is also some data on the losses, and comparisons with the old version of the tournaments. Even up to 40 provinces I can lose around 70 squads and then, in the case of this gems tournament, then lose another 130 squads in the next 20 provinces. Even if that’s not you, you can still get some ideas on how to approach different matchups, measure your own performance there and pick the ones that work best. I find that I lose (comparatively) no troops in the first 20 provinces, but by my description that means losing about 15 squads, which to someone else that same loss could be major. There are some major changes being proposed to the tournament structure (Summer 2020), and this post outlines some of the parameters. So it is practically impossible to make a generic advice on specific matchups, but here we will focus on relatively average end-game city (chapter 17). In this post I am going to outline how Tournament requirements squad sizes and negotiation costs evolve as you go further and do more provinces. We continue our tutorial series on fighting in different Elvenar tournaments, and now is time for the Steel tournament. And then there are going to be the other onesįighting in Elvenar is highly specific to individual city – stage of development, troops unlocked and available, Ancient Wonder levels, temporary / evolving building boosts and so on. ![]() ![]() It is time to make another Elvenar tutorial video – this time, we’re starting a new series on fighting in the new tournaments as introduced in the Fall of 2020, and we will start with the Marble tournament this time around.
